DIRECTIONS
Detailed driving directions and property access information will be sent to all ticket holders prior to the event to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
PARKING
On-site parking will be available. Guests will receive parking instructions with their final event reminder email. We recommend carpooling or rideshare for convenience.
ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING
A list of recommended nearby lodging options will be provided in your confirmation materials for guests traveling from out of town.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Digital or printed ticket Valid ID matching the ticket holder name. Confirmation email or registration name if needed.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Upscale desert chic / resort evening attire is recommended. Guests are encouraged to dress elegantly while remaining comfortable for an outdoor or indoor-outdoor dining setting.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Photography may be taken by the event host for promotional purposes. By attending, guests grant permission to be photographed or filmed. Personal photos are welcome; however, professional equipment requires advance approval.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Ticket sales will remain open until the event is sold out or until the registration deadline announced on the ticketing page.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept major credit and debit cards through the official ticketing platform.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
At-the-door tickets may be available only if the event is not sold out. Advance purchase is strongly recommended due to limited seating.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Because of the curated nature of this culinary experience and advance planning required for the chefs and service team, no refunds will be issued.
REENTRY POLICY
Reentry is permitted for registered guests with proper identification and event credentials.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. The event organizer must be notified in advance so the guest list can be updated.
EVENT CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified promptly and tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date or transferred to a future event.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR EVENT NOTICE
This culinary experience is designed as an outdoor event. While we make every effort to provide a comfortable and enjoyable setting, weather conditions are beyond our control. The event will proceed as scheduled in most weather conditions. Guests are encouraged to monitor the forecast and come prepared with appropriate items such as a light jacket, wrap, or umbrella if needed. In the case of severe or unsafe weather, registered guests will be notified with any schedule adjustments.
